What we collect
When you request an audit we collect the name, business name, phone number, and any notes you send us through the form on this site. We do not ask for payment details or sensitive personal information through this website.
How we use it
We use what you send us to contact you, schedule your audit, and prepare for it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside Soteaux except service providers that help us store records and send messages on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as we have a business reason to, and then we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Cookies and site data
This site uses only the basic data needed to load pages and understand general traffic. We do not run advertising trackers.
